In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacture of bellows and gimbal assemblies, transforming raw materials into high-specification aerospace components.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture of bellows and gimbal assemblies from raw material to final productUse of hand tools and precision equipmentTIG welding, brazing, seam welding, and aluminium weldingLathe turning (standard and integrals)Assembly of RR units and gimbalsResistance and Electron Beam WeldingConducting tests, including NDT and X-ray inspectionsWorking to tight tolerances and interpreting technical drawings and SOPsQuality assurance of products within declared capabilityParticipation in lean manufacturing (5S) and 8D problem-solving activitiesEssential Skills and ExperienceProficient in TIG welding and fabrication techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and Production Acceptance Test (PAT) requirementsHands-on experience with aerospac
