Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Perform vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs to the highest standards, complying with safety regulations
• Assist with tyre fitting, wheel alignments, and related adjustments
• Fit brakes, exhausts, and mechanical components accurately and efficiently
• Identify additional faults during inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers and management
• Maintain accurate inspection and repair records
• Support the workshop team with various duties as required
• Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar mechanical role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points (subject to licence checks)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
• Capable of working independently and effectively within a team
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
