We''re looking for a proactive Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and evolution of LandD across our client sites. About the Role LandD Manager, you''ll take ownership of the full learning lifecycle identifying needs, designing impactful solutions, and delivering engaging development that supports colleagues at every level. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, offering the chance to make a visible impact across the UK. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance learning platforms Oversee the evolution of their digital and face-to-face learning environmentEnsure content is engaging, accessible and aligned to organisational goals Create development pathways Build structured learning journeys to support capability growth, career progression and talent developmentWork closely with leaders to understand skills gaps and future needs Lead leadership development initiatives Design and deliver programmes for emerging, new and experienced leadersIntroduce tools, frameworks and coaching approaches to strengthen leadership capability Design and deliver training materials Develop high quality virtual and in-person training contentFacilitate workshops, webinars and blended learning sessionsTravel across UK sitesPartner with teams on the ground to ensure training is consistent, relevant and embeddedBuild strong relationships with
