Role and Responsibilities: Conduct commercial property valuations for a wide range of clients. Play a key role in the delivery of asset management services, working on diverse property portfolios. Support Leasehold and Tenant (LandT) work, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations. Prepare detailed and accurate reports, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. Work closely with clients, helping to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the wider team on cross-departmental projects, offering your insight and expertise. Manage your own time, with flexibility to work mostly remotely, while maintaining a proactive presence within the team. About You: Proven experience in commercial property valuation (ideally with expos
