Lead psychiatric care within the community, focusing on integrated, holistic support for adult patients.Engage in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service outcomes and patient experience.Work collaboratively with team members to manage risk, provide clinical oversight, and support professional growth.Both roles require clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to patient-centred care.
