Part Time Business Lecturer Harrow Leading College 5pm - 9pm (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday Evenings) April 23rd Start We are currently seeking a Lecturer in Business with experience in delivering and assessing the Access to Business course. Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons: Teach students at various levels, including Entry 3, NCFE, BTEC L1, Level 2, and Higher Education in Business Level 3. This includes delivering projects and teaching essential skills and GCSE content to ensure all students feel included and motivated. • Support and assess students: Help students with their assignments and exam preparation. Provide guidance and encouragement to ensure they understand the material and reach their full potential. • Create and adjust lesson plans: Design lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities. Be flexible and willing to make changes based on students'' needs and feedback. • Work with colleagues: Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the learning experience for all students.
