The atmosphere is brought to life with Happy Hour vibes, buzzing brunches, artisan pizzas, small plates, and the excitement of live sport shown on huge HD screens and a 10-ft projector.As General Manager, you’ll be at the helm of it all, driving success through brilliant leadership, smooth day-to-day operations, and a guest experience that truly reflects the bold and vibrant personality of the venue. You’ll be leading a dynamic team across the bar, front-of-house, and kitchen, inspiring them to deliver top-notch service every time and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.You’ll take charge of managing budgets, hitting sales targets, keeping stock under control, and making sure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.Cleanliness, maintenance, health and safety, and licensing compliance will all fall under your remit, and you’ll keep standards high without breaking a sweat. People development is key in this role too, and you\''ll have the chance to support, coach and grow talent within your loyal team.Requirements
We’re on the lookout for someone with solid leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A General Manager who knows how to run a smooth operation while keeping the atmosphere fun and welcoming.
