PROJECT COORDINATOR - CONSTRUCTION
We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple live minor works projects.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and enjoys creating structure across multiple concurrent jobs. As workload increases, you will support the continued strengthening of internal processes and ensure projects are fully prepared, documented, and closed out correctly.You will work closely with the Directors and Senior Delivery Lead to maintain structured and controlled delivery across live projects.OFFICE BASED MON-FRI 8-4PM WITH FREE PARKINGThe RoleAct as the central coordination point between site teams, suppliers, clients (for access and documentation), and the officeSupport the management of 15-25 concurrent minor works projectsPrepare and organise site folders and delivery documentationCollate, format, and issue RAMS and compliance documentationRaise draft subcontractor purchase ordersLiaise with clients regarding access, documentation, and project readinessProactively chase subcontractors and suppliers to ensure deadlines are metBook training, accommodation, plant, and equipmentCoordinate material orders and returnsUpdate and maintain the live operations boardMaintain structured records and document controlAssist with handback documentationYou will be responsible for ensuring tasks are followed through accurately and completed on time.What Success Looks LikeSite folders are compl
