Office Manager/Junior PA

Office Manager/Junior PA starting ASAP Your new company Market-leading technology organisation based in central Cambridge.Your new role As the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all Cambridge office requests. Your role will involve coordinating the meeting room calendar, managing day-to-day functions, and ensuring the office is always kept neat and tidy. You will welcome visitors in a friendly manner. You will also be ordering office supplies, tea, coffee, and snacks. You will ensure workplace policies and processes, such as fire safety, health and safety, and first aid, are properly implemented. Coordinating all maintenance and repairs in the office, managing relationships with third-party suppliers and building management, and providing other ad-hoc duties when necessary will also be key aspects of your role. Alongside this you will be Junior PA to the VP of Global Operations and others in the SLT team. As the role evolves the opportunity to get involved in projects and project coordination, HR and Recruitment is also a possibility.
