OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced and motivated senior property management expert to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering strong landlord and tenant relationships, and maximising rental income. This senior position requires exceptional leadership, organisational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices, with an emphasis on commercially, structure, and proactive leadership from day one.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in property management, with 7+ years of experience managing portfolios and leading teams
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Deep knowledge of UK property laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS, IRPM, ARLA) are advantageous but not essential
