This is a unique opportunity for an experienced property professional to lead a small team while continuing to apply your technical surveying expertise. You''ll manage a patch of around 500 homes, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money in all repair and maintenance activity. This role is ideal for a confident leader who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring others, and making a direct impact on homes and communities. Role Overview As a Senior Surveyor, you''ll:Provide day-to-day leadership for a small team of surveyors, offering technical oversight and guidance.Take responsibility for diagnosing and resolving complex building issues, including damp and mould, structural faults, and major repairs.Oversee HHSRS inspections and ensure health and safety compliance is always met.Support the delivery of ad hoc planned works and ensure consistent service quality.Play a key role in improving the resident experience and maintaining safe, secure housing stock.What We''re Looking ForA strong background in surveying residential properties, ideally in social housing.Proven experience managing or mentoring surveyors or technical teams.Solid understanding of damp and mould issues, HHSRS, and building pathology.Knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates and housing repairs legislation.A proactive, resident-focused approach with strong communication skills.Benefits This organisation offer
