Our client, a large manufacturing business has an immediate requirement to recruit a well versed HR Administrator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
To deliver a professional and comprehensive HR service to managers and all colleagues in line with our policies and procedures, always remaining fair and consistent to demonstrate due diligence.
Embed routines and processes across the HR function in line with GDPR.
Develop a culture of learning & Development within our teams and provide coaching on the go to continually improve standards.
Manage projects and work as part of a project team as and when required.
Own the recruitment and leaver processes, end-to-end.
Skills/Experience:
- Good level of numeracy and general education
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft office, including word and excel
- Focused on target completion and proven ability to achieve results
- Must possess a positive working attitude
- Ability to work well as part of team and communicate with other workers
- The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and have a keen eye for detail
- Excellent planning, prioritising and organizing skills
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality when dealing with personal information
This is a permanent position where you will be expected to work 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 1:45pm on a Friday.
In return you can expect a salary of -27749 - -30860 (DOE) plus a fantastic benefits package.
