Our well-established client is seeking a Process Operator to join their night shift team at their modern newly refurbished facility in North Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, basic IT skills, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided! Duties include: Perform manufacturing and dispensing tasks in accordance with production plans and schedules. Ensure all work complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and relevant ISO standards. Complete all required documentation accurately, including work instructions and operational records. Liaise with other departments to support seamless operations, especially in relation to quality checks and production flow. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area to uphold high housekeeping standards. Raise any production risks or issues promptly with supervisors. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and safety. Follow all site safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns to the relevant contact. Undertake any additional duties as directed by management, which may include support across other operational areas
