Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Barnet

Full-Time | September 2025 Start | Long-Term for Academic Year

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 1 (KS1) team for the 2025/26 academic year. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Proven experience supporting within KS1
• Familiarity with Little Wandle or Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics programmes
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Solid experience providing 1:1 support, particularly for pupils with additional needs
• Confident working with children with SEN, including those with EHCPs

• Contract: Full-time, long-term (academic year)

• Location: Barnet
• Hours: 08:30-15:30
