We are seeking a dedicated Baby Room Leader to join our team at Little Lambs Longlevens. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for early childhood education.Responsibilities

Lead in managing daily operations of the baby roomSupport and supervise children in various activitiesCommunicate effectively with children, parents, and staff membersHelp create and implement educational programs and activitiesMaintain a safe and clean environment for childrenDrive initiatives to enhance the learning experience for childrenExperience / Qualifications

Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essentialStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a teamExcellent communication skills in EnglishPassion for working with children and creating a nurturing environmentKnowledge of nursery or childcare best practicesMinimum of 2 years post qualifying experienceThis position offers valuable experience in childcare leadership, the opportunity to make a positive impact on children''s lives, and room for professional growth within our organization.Benefits
