Reeson Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work within an EYFS unit at a fantastic primary school in the M20 area of Manchester. This full-time, long-term role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is caring, resilient, and passionate about supporting children in early years education.

The Teaching Assistant will be based within EYFS, providing both general classroom support and tailored 1:1 assistance for children with additional needs. This is a warm, supportive setting where the successful Teaching Assistant will play a key role in encouraging play-based learning, communication, and early development.

• Based in a well-established EYFS unit in M20.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch).

• Pay: -13.69 - -15.87 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella).

• Start Date: ASAP.

• Work as a Teaching Assistant supporting children in EYFS across the unit.

• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with SEND.

• Support learning through play, phonics, number work, and communication activities.

• Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure each child is fully supported.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in EYFS or SEND.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• Genuine passion for supporting children''s early learning and development.
