As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be a vital member of our team, providing support and care to our service users. This role requires a compassionate and attentive individual who can assist with clinical needs, personal care, and daily living tasks under the supervision of our clinical team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the care needs of service users in accordance with their care plans. Support with clinical requirements such as medication management, moving and handling. Provide care and support to individuals with spinal cord injuries, following specific clinical and personal care routines. Work collaboratively with family members and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Monitor and record the health and well-being of service users, reporting any changes. Ensure dignity, privacy, and independence are maintained at all times. Requirements: Experience in a care setting, particularly with complex care needs. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care. Ability to work flexibly across various shifts. Enhanced DBS check will be required, we can assist with this.
