This is a rewarding opportunity to support students aged 11 to 16 with Education, Health and Care Plans, helping them to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide tailored support, both individually and in small groups. The role focuses on supporting students with complex cognition and learning needs within a structured and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide 1 to 1 and small group support to students with EHCPs • Support students in accessing the curriculum and structured learning activities
