Roles and ResponsibilitiesWork on customisation''s and configurations of the company''s Dynamics applications to meet business requirements, including creation of various entities, fields, forms, workflows etc. Gather requirements, contributing ideas and requests in backlogs. Collaborate with Solution Providers to ensure solutions versions are tested effectively. Provide support to colleagues working with end users on Dynamics systems. Skills and QualificationsExperience working with Dynamics CRM for minimum of 5 years. Expertise of Sales Module (advantageous to have worked on customer service and marketing also).Well organised, driven and ambitious attitude to provide exceptional solutions.
