Customer Service Operations Support Analyst Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0QW Contract: Fixed-term (1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027) Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to friday Pay Rate: 15.00 - 19.74 per hour (depending on experience)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Support Analyst to join our Customer Service Operations team. This role sits within a multi-skilled environment and requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of initiative.You will play a key role in supporting operational processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering excellent service both internally and externally.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support within the Customer Service Operations departmentManage and maintain data across systems with a high level of accuracySupport business processes using tools such as SAP, Outlook and Microsoft OfficeCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (both written and verbal)Identify issues and proactively resolve problems using sound judgementEnsure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, right first timeCollaborate closely with colleagues to support continuous improvementEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong English language skills (written and verbal)Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent communication and coordination skillsHigh level of attention to detail and acc
