Shift Pattern Waking nights: 10pm-8amFull flexibility required, including weekends What You''ll Be Doing Support individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challengePromote independence, dignity, and choice in everyday lifeWork collaboratively with a skilled team in a structured, supportive environment What We''re Looking For Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant in mental health or behavioural supportConfidence in managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalismA genuine passion for helping others thrive What benefits do we offer?
