Operating from a large, well-equipped facility, the role offers the chance to work on high-quality, bespoke products from preparation to final finish.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and blasting as required.Apply powder coating using manual and/or automatic spray equipment.Monitor curing process and ensure correct finish, thickness, and adhesion.Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all Health and Safety protocols.Collaborate with the wider production team to meet project deadlines.About You:Previous experience in powder coating within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Knowledge of preparation techniques, coating applications, and curing processes.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.Flexible and ab
