Salary: -27,500 - -30,000 some flexibility available
Location - South Woodham Ferrers
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
We are working with a business established for over 50 years who are in a growth phase.
Following an exciting period of change and the centralisation of two offices into one, we''re looking for a highly organised Service Administrator to join a busy team.
As an established business in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Building Management Controls, my client prides themselves on delivering a professional, seamless service to their clients.
This role is central in keeping the Service Department running smoothly - coordinating and scheduling engineers, managing data, and ensuring customers always receive the best experience.
What you''ll be doing As a Service Administrator
- Scheduling and booking planned maintenance visits.
- Coordinating diaries for our team of service engineers.
- Checking timesheets against vehicle tracker data, then uploading to our system.
- Being the first point of contact for service and maintenance queries.
- Preparing and issuing service-related quotations alongside management.
- Keeping our systems accurate and up to date (Joblogic, SAGE, Excel).
- Processing warranty claims, recalls, and replacement parts.
- Supporting compliance with industry standards, including F-Gas.
- Assisting with the management of 15,000+ assets, keeping everything logged, tracked, and up to date.
What we''re looking for in a Service Administrator
- A strong administrative background, ideally in a technical or service-based environment.
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and Word (Joblogic and SAGE experience a real bonus).
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving.
- Knowledge of service scheduling, timesheet processing, and compliance paperwork is desirable.
- IOSH or F-Gas awareness advantageous - but training can be provided.
