Search are recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant for their Kirkcaldy based client, offer a full time contract at -25,000 - -28,000 DOE.
35hrs per week, based fully in the office
Working as part of a small and friendly team in the heart of Kirkcaldy.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Raising and matching POs
- Credit control
- Spreadsheet management
- Reports for the Finance Manager
- Administrative support to the wider team - ad-hoc
Who we are looking for:
- MS Office skills, Sage or Xero preferred
- High attention to detail
- Experience across both purchase ledger and credit control essential
- Good team player
