ES Recruit are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join an established business based in Stockport. The role involves supporting daily site operations, maintaining high housekeeping standards, assisting production processes, and overseeing a small team. This position requires flexibility, strong organisation skills, and a positive approach to working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general housekeeping and labouring duties across the site, including cleaning, waste removal, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Support production operations by moving products and equipment between manufacturing stages.
• Supervise and support a small team of labourers to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and 5S practices throughout the factory.
• Assist with deliveries, collections, and the movement of jigs and fixtures to minimise production delays.

Salary

Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Hours

Monday to Thursday 7.00 am to 3.00 pm
early finish on Friday 7.00 am to 12.00pm
