Job Role: Finance Manager
Location or Commutable from: Nottingham (commutable from Derby, Mansfield, Newark, Leicester)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate / Salary: -55,000 - -60,000 per annum

The Job Role Position:

Due to business growth and strategic expansion, the company is now recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support senior leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day finance operations
• Managing and developing the finance team
• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow management
• Ensuring statutory compliance and liaising with external auditors
• Providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or QBE with strong experience) and have previous experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role.
You will possess strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
