Building Fabric Engineer

Salary: Up to -35,000 + Overtime + Mileage

The Role:
Working across multiple sites in and around Leeds, carrying out building fabric maintenance including reactive repairs and PPMs. This is a hands-on role supporting general upkeep and small works across commercial environments.

Key Duties:

• General fabric repairs (doors, walls, ceilings, flooring)
• Painting, decorating, and basic maintenance
• Minor plumbing and basic electrical tasks
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Small refurbishments and repairs
• Updating job reports and liaising with site teams
• Ensuring H&S compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in a Fabric Engineer / Handyman / Maintenance role
• Background in FM or commercial environments
• Multi-skilled (joinery, basic plumbing, decorating)
• Able to work independently across sites
• Full UK driving licence

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
