Overview
Inclusion Partner (Project Manager) – Location: Can be based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Team Valley, Warrington, Solihull or Leicester. This is an office-based role with ad hoc, low-volume travel and a 3-4 day per week office/site pattern.Are you an agile, self-driven Project Manager with a passion for people, culture, and inclusion? Galliford Try is embedding EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) at the heart of what we do. We are looking for a self-sufficient Inclusion Partner to join our Inclusion Team, working closely with our Inclusion Lead to deliver projects with flexibility and precision.What you’ll doLead the administration and project management of action plans supporting our Clear Assured Accreditation, Retain and Gain People Strategy, and Group Inclusion Strategy
Coordinate internal and external Inclusion communications in partnership with the Group Communications team, including updating intranet and websites
Deliver engaging inclusion training workshops to diverse audiences, from all employees to senior leaders
Collaborate with multiple teams such as Communications, Project Directors, Social Value, wider HR, on inclusion-related projects
Organise and coordinate Inclusion activities and quarterly Infrastructure Inclusion Working Group meetings
Act as a responsive point of contact for Inclusion queries
What We’re Looking ForA strong facilitator and educator, comfortable engaging diverse audiences both virtually and face-to-face
A ‘can-do’ attitude with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Excellent communicator, able to adapt style to different stakeholders and situations
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Proven experience managing projects successfully, often against shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable with change and ambiguity
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Skilled at building positive, productive relationships across a range of stakeholders
Enthusiastic about Inclusion and eager to contribute to a culture of belonging
Alignment with our values, ethics, and commitment to “Doing the Right Thing”
While specific EDI experience is beneficial, it is not essential.
