As a Learning and Development Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the professional growth of our associates and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities include consulting, designing, and delivering strategic learning initiatives, leading organizational development projects, and contributing directly to our commercial success and operational excellence.What We Offer:A strategic position within a growth-oriented company.Opportunities to influence the future of Lockton by developing our people.A collaborative and innovative work environment that values diversity.Impact on client satisfaction and business growth through enhanced capabilities and culture preservation.Global influence through scalable development solutions.Qualifications and Qualities:- Proven experience in strategic Learning and Development roles, with a focus on driving commercial and client-focused outcomes.- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.- Ability to align initiatives with organizational goals and measure impact.-8-10+ years in similar roles, preferably within financial or professional services firms.- Experience working in large, commercially focused organizations at all levels, including C-suite.- Strong capabilities in consultancy, program design, delivery, and impact measurement.- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.- Effective in achieving results through people, with clear communication.- Responsive and adaptable in dynamic environments, with a proactive attitude.- Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to assess skill needs and translate them into impactful learning interventions.- Design, deliver, and evaluate high-impact learning programs to enhance engagement and leadership development.- Utilize data analytics to assess learning effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.- Serve as a trusted advisor on learning, change management, and talent strategies.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and embed leadership development into daily operations.- Drive digital learning adoption and innovative training methods.- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in learning strategies.
