We currently have an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Sales Manager in West London.

Are you fluent in German and English? Do you have at least 5 years B2B sales experience in events or technology?

Our client run many market leading business exhibitions in the learning, healthcare, technology, and veterinary sectors, with events in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia and they are looking for an German Sales Manager responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within Technology Show in Germany. This role focuses on selling exhibition space, sponsorships, and related services to tech businesses, ensuring successful event participation and maximizing revenue. It reports to the Event Director and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for the events and tech industries and strong sales acumen to further drive businessgrowth.

THE ROLE:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for exhibition space and sponsorshipsTrack sales performance, report on key metrics, and adjust sales strategies accordinglyIdentify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to ensure long-term engagementUnderstand client needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring satisfaction throughout the event cycleIn collaboration with the event ED and the Marketing team, conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyse industrytrendsMaintain and constantly refresh a database of leads and prospects and actively pursue sales opportunities through cold calls,networking, and attending industry eventsWork closely with the event operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of the exhibition, ensuring client requirementsare metWe currently have an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Sales Manager in West London.

Fluency in German and EnglishProven experience in sales, particularly within B2B and tech eventsExperience in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales reporting toolsAbility to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety ofclients from start-ups to associations and corporate clientsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-dynamicenvironmentExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesTeam player with strong collaboration skills.
