Our client is a fast paced, forward thinking global solutions provider renown for outstanding service and for creating comprehensive solutions that help their customers stay ahead, in an ever-changing world.ACCOUNT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively manage your own pipeline of customers, scheduling and completing calls to each customer on a regular basis Respond to customer email enquiries and ensure that queries / quotes / orders are dealt with, in accordance with agreed timeframes / SLA''s Schedule appointments for Business Development Manager, liaising with them directly to ensure that relevant information is passed on ahead of meetings, and recorded on CRM for reference Manage requests for quotes and follow up as required, engaging with other internal departments to ensure accuracy of information, prior to completing quotes (Stock availability, delivery times and schedules, pricing, shipping etc). Updates to CRM: Keep accurate records and document all email interactions, calls, follow up tasks projects etc. Analyse customer accounts to assess and identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability within their ordering portfolio. Identify and sell existing or new whitespace products. Actively maintain positive client relationships through service delivery; anticipating needs and potential issues.
