We are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics provider for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations within a healthcare contract. This is a key role focused on delivering high standards of service, operational efficiency, and team leadership.You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring accurate stock management, efficient processes, and excellent customer service. Acting as a key interface between operations and the customer, you will lead a team of warehouse operatives and technicians while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations, resources, and space utilisationOversee Goods In/Out, stock control, and inventory accuracyLead and develop warehouse teams, including recruitment, training, and performance managementEnsure compliance with Health and Safety and ISO standardsMonitor KPIs and implement process improvementsSupport budgeting and cost-saving initiatives (PandL exposure)Maintain strong customer relationships and service deliveryManage audits, reporting, and issue resolutionAbout YouProven experience in a warehouse leadership role (3-5 years+)Strong people management and leadership skillsExperience in stock control, audits, and warehouse systems (Oracle desirable)Good IT skills, including ExcelKnowledge of Health and Safety regulationsCommercial awareness with a customer-focused approachForklift experience/license and full UK driving license preferr
