Temp Purchase Ledger Assistant (part time)

Purchase Ledger Assistant urgently required, to work mornings 8.30-12.30 or 2.5 days per week. Working for a manufacturing company based in Southend. Must be available immediately and have practical purchase ledger experience. Pegasus experience would be an advantage but will train. This role is temporary for aprox 8-10 weeks with possibility of becoming permanent. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining effective financial records. Duties Maintain and manage the purchase ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers. Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and other financial records. Skills Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures. Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Apply today for further information.
