Your Role:

As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include: £ Allocating customer payments and posting cash efficiently. £ Generating statements, invoices, and proof of deliveries with accuracy. £ Proactively chasing EMEA customers via email and phone in a professional manner. £ Reviewing customer master data and recommending credit limits using agency reports. £ Setting up direct debit collections and maintaining departmental paperwork. £ Managing customer credit holds, dunning runs, and e-invoicing processes. £ Performing credit checks and risk assessments on potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

£ Previous experience in Credit Control is a must. £ Fluency in Spanish—essential for communicating with international clients. £ Strong proficiency in SAP (AP), MS Office, SAP Concur. £ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. £ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. £ Sharp attention to detail and strong numerical skills for handling large volumes of data. £ Organised, proactive, and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
