Property Block Manager (Remote)

Salary: -35,000 - -40,000 + Bonus + Travel Expenses
Location: Fully Remote (with site visits approx. 1x per week or fortnight)

The Role:

As a Property Block Manager, you''ll take responsibility for a residential leasehold portfolio across Cambridgeshire. The role is fully remote, with site visits typically once a week or fortnight. You''ll work alongside a supportive and social team who are passionate about delivering excellent service.

What You''ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential block management
• Strong working knowledge of leasehold management, including:
  • Service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Section 20 consultations
  • Building Safety Act compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing major works projects and dealing with contractors
• Ideally IRPM or TPI qualified/accredited (or working towards)
• Confident using property management systems and remote tools
