Sales Administrator
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with Estate agency experience, looking a Monday - Friday role? Our client is a multi-office Independent Brand with offices throughout Kent and South-East London and they are seeking a Sales Administrator, for their Catford office. Estate agency/Property experience would be preferred but not essential This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and successful team. You will need to be very organised and be able to prioritise your own workload in a busy working environment. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DRIVE FOR THIS ROLE Your responsibilities as a Sales Administrator will include Answering Phone Preparation for Market Appraisals Window Cards and Brochures Boards/Board Checks Typing up the details of new instructions Key Logs Portals / Reports /Rightmove Plus Organising Office Email''s Supporting the sales team Responding Google reviews Database Management and Reporting Onboarding Clients Launching properties for Sale Key Requirements: Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines A proactive and positive attitude Sales Administrator Package on offer £26500 Commission on Solicitor and Financial Services referrals Hours of work Monday Friday 9am 5pm
