Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant, Clarion Housing Group Limited – hybrid role with base locations across England. Candidates may be expected to work from a main office once per month.Closing Date: Thursday 25th September 2025 at midnight.Responsibilities

Develop and support Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems (including Customer Insights - Journeys) and customers aligned to the Latimer development business.Log, triage, and resolve support tickets; keep customers informed of progress and ensure systems are up to date in line with supplier releases.Engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release; ensure change is managed safely by following the change and release process.Support and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing solutions; translate business problems into appropriate technical solutions; design, plan, develop, and support Dynamics Sales and Marketing technical solutions with guidance from technical leads and solution architects.Lead the planning, development, and support of Dynamics Sales and Marketing technical solutions; prioritise quality and resilience.Demonstrate Dynamics experience with writing Plugins and Business Process Flows; manage Microsoft Power Platform services; build solutions; administer release pipelines; customize Dataverse; create technical design documents and knowledge base articles.Develop, extend, implement, document, and support the Clarion Dynamics Sales and Marketing systems and related services.Create technical design documents and knowledge base articles to share best practices.If applicable, leverage Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification or equivalent experience for the role.Qualifications

Experience in supporting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing solutions; ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions.Experience writing Plugins, Business Process Flows, and managing Microsoft Power Platform services; building solutions, administering release pipelines, and customizing Dataverse.Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification or equivalent experience.Seniority level
