We re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support the Filton site, while also playing a wider role across sites in Brize Norton, Broughton, and London.This is a key position that will see you providing advice and guidance to managers and HRBPs across a broad range of ER and IR matters. You ll be instrumental in ensuring fair and consistent practice across the business, while helping to drive a positive and supportive working environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on a wide range of employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, sickness absence, and flexible working.Act as a point of contact on industrial relations matters liaising with employee representatives, interpreting collective agreements, and advising on compliance.Conduct end-to-end investigations into complex ER cases, delivering well-evidenced reports and clear recommendations.Deliver and support training sessions around ER/IR policies for HRBPs, managers, and employees.Collaborate with HR teams to review and update internal policies to ensure they remain fair, effective, and legally compliant.Maintain accurate and confidential casework records and docum
