Roles And Responsibilities As School HR Administrator

Recruitment and SelectionMaintaining up to date recordsCompliance and ReportingCommunication with colleagues, parents and stake holdersAssigning covers on a daily basisOnboarding recruitment admin, such as DBS and reference checks

The Successul School HR Administrator Must Have

Working hours are: Monday - Friday 7.00am - 2.30pmThe legal right to work in the UKAn Enhanced DBS certificate (can be applied for through Reeson Education)Professional reference checksPositive and friendly attitudeOrganised and efficientRecruitment experience would be a bonus but the School are open to other backgrounds in administration and corporate

This school has a well run, organised environment and they are looking for staff to keep the school running smoothly to ensure a positive experience for staff and children to work and learn.

This School caters to students from Early Years to 6th Form with Special Needs and is a pillar in the community and a great place to work!
