You will work closely with Partners/Managers, build relationships with clients to understand their organisations and the regulatory environment they operate in, manage your own and others'' workload to meet deadlines, support the manager in planning and coordinating work, deliver a service that exceeds clients'' expectations, and train, mentor, and supervise less experienced team members.What you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you should be at least part qualified ACCA/ICAS or equivalent or QBE, with at least 2-3 years'' experience in the not-for-profit/charity sector, including 1 year at a supervisory level.
