Key Responsibilities:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
andbull; Provide individual or small group support, either within or outside the classroom.
andbull; Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
andbull; Create engaging and adaptive learning resources that support student growth.
andbull; Assess student progress, providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
andbull; Foster independence and help develop social and emotional skills.
andbull; Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
andbull; Have experience working with children with special educational needs.
andbull; Possess a passion for developing studentsandrsquo; potential and overcoming learning barriers.
andbull; Be adaptable and able to deliver lessons tailored to a variety of learning styles and needs.
andbull; Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
andbull; Hold an NVQ in Childcare and Education or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
andbull; Ideally have Team Teach, TEACCH, or positive handling training (or be willing to undertake training).
andbull; Have a clear and valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
