The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational compliance, monitoring quality performance, conducting audits, and ensuring services meet both legal requirements and customer expectations. This role will act as the primary contact for BRCGS compliance, working cross-functionally with operational teams, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement and maintain certification. The position will also support administrative operations, internal systems coordination, and quality reporting, ensuring effective governance and high service standards across the business.
