This interim position will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction work, including:Drafting and advising on standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)Supporting dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigationProviding construction input to the firm''s property and corporate teamsEngaging with clients across various sectors on project risk and contract managementContributing to business development and client relationship initiativesYou\''ll be given the autonomy to manage your own matters while working closely with experienced colleagues across the firm.The Successful Applicant
