Job OpportunityJoining our team as the Business Unit Manager, for Facility Monitoring Systems (FMS) you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the business unit based in Malvern. The role encompasses leadership of a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality delivery of monitoring solutions, development of long-term business strategies, and management of client and stakeholder relationships. Essential Skills Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within a technical or engineering-based business. Experience in the facility monitoring, instrumentation, clean room construction / management, or building management system sectors is strongly preferred.
