As Head of Finance and Resources, you will lead our Finance, ICT and Facilities and Safety functions - ensuring each operates efficiently, collaboratively and in alignment with our mission to provide safe homes, excellent customer care and value for money for our residents. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the Director of Finance and Resources, deputising when required, and contributing to organisation-wide strategy, planning and performance. You will champion operational excellence, digital transformation, value for money and strong internal controls, ensuring that our services are fit for purpose, future-focused and delivered to a high standard.Key responsibilitiesOversee day to day financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, management accounts and audit coordination. Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsProvide data for financial projections and long term business planning support, including maintenance of 30 year financial models and cashflow forecastsEnsure consistent application of financial regulations, rent standards, and value for money principlesEnsure the delivery of high performing ICT services and infrastructure that meet evolving business needs
