They create 3D and flat-cut letters, illuminated signs, shop fascias and retail displays in metal, wood and acrylic. They are now seeking a CNC / Production Operator to join their growing workshop team. The position centres are operating the latest CNC letter-bending machines and laser-welding technology to produce built-up metal letters in aluminium, stainless steel and brass, while also supporting wider production tasks across the workshop.Key Responsibilities:Operating Various Machinery such as: CNC Flatbed, Laser Welding, Letter Benders, Laser Cutters, Plasma Cutter, CNC Press Brake, Various Hand Tools, Vinyl Plotters etc.Ideal Software Experience: Solidworks and CorelDrawOperate CNC machinery and associated computer software to produce precision signage components.Set up and adjust tooling, feeds and speeds for efficient, accurate production runs.Assist with day-to-day workshop production including cutting, finishing, assembly and packaging of signage products.Quality ControlUse standard workshop tools such as drill press, hole punch, guillotine, folders and hand tools.Monitor quality at each stage, carrying out basic inspection and measurements to maintain high standards.Prepare materials, load/unload machines and ensure stock is co
