Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years'' PQE to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham.

Your role:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Handling a broad range of residential property transactions
• Providing guidance and support to junior members of the conveyancing team
• Playing an active role in business development, networking, and client relationship management
• Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years'' PQE
• Have strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Be comfortable managing a varied and busy caseload independently
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be a motivated team player with the confidence to work under minimal supervision
• Have a proactive approach to business development and client engagement
