Role Overview:

• Teach engaging and well-structured lessons across KS1 and KS2, aligned with the National Curriculum
• Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment in each classroom you support
• Quickly adapt to different school cultures and build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Use effective assessment techniques to monitor progress and inform teaching
• Participate in wider school life, including extracurricular activities, trips, and collaborative initiatives

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
• A flexible, creative, and confident teaching style with strong behaviour management skills
