Role Overview:
- Teach engaging and well-structured lessons across KS1 and KS2, aligned with the National Curriculum
- Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment in each classroom you support
- Quickly adapt to different school cultures and build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Use effective assessment techniques to monitor progress and inform teaching
- Participate in wider school life, including extracurricular activities, trips, and collaborative initiatives
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
- A flexible, creative, and confident teaching style with strong behaviour management skills
- A commitment to inclusive practices, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
