Solution Architect - HR Systems, RFP, Integration Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking a Solution Architect to support a major HR transformation programme. This role will focus on designing scalable, secure solutions across multiple HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards. You''ll be great for this role if you have: Extensive experience in HR systems architecture, with a strong understanding of both functional and process designProven ability to create approach documents and define scope and integration pathways for new platformsHands-on experience across full project life cycle: Discovery, RFP/RFI, PoC, selection, and deliveryExpertise in ensuring high standards of data security and compliance in sensitive environmentsAbility to articulate functional requirements and lead process design across HR and business teamsFamiliarity with Waterfall methodology; exposure to tools like is desirable This is an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension, offering a competitive day rate and operating outside IR35.
