We have a new and exciting opportunity for you to work for a busy distribution centre as a full time Warehouse Operative in Tamworth, B78 3HJ.

SHIFT PATTERNS:

3 days on, 3 days off (12 hours)

Working day shift from 6am-6pm or night shift from 6pm-6am

PAY RATES: -12.21 - -13.36 per hour

Day shift is -12.21ph and night shift is -13.36ph

• If you work on Reach trucks, there is a bonus of 38p-41p per hour
• If you work on VNA trucks, there is a bonus of 76p-84p per hour

Overtime pay is -16.55 for days and -17.77 for nights

You must have experience working on PPTs or LLOPs.

Main duties are but not limited to:

• Primarily using PPT/LLOP trucks
• Upskill training to use Reach and VNA trucks
• Using pick equipment to complete order before transporting to loading.
• Loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Picking orders within set time frames, ensuring all picking standards have been met.
• Using manual handling best practices to lift up to 20 kilos as part of the picking process. Items are grocery products.
• Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail.
• Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach when planning and be able to react positively to day-to-day challenges.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

You must have experience working on PPTs or LLOPs. All workers will use PPT/LLOPs from the first day of employment. Other MHEs such as Reach and VNA trucks are used throughout the site, upskilled training may be available for this.
